Sweet Lodge / Temazcalli

An Inipi, Temazcal or Sweat Lodge is a sacred ceremony that uses the union of all four elements and has the potential to open our hearts and consciousness into the depths of life and wisdom, bringing healing into the different areas of our lives.

Astrid´s ceremony is known as a Sweet Lodge for its unique feminine touch and way of carrying the entire ceremony and union of the group as ONE.

Astrid offers this ceremony as part of her longer programs and sometimes as a one time circle. There are mixed ceremonies and also for men or women depending on the intention.
